Outfit
Terms of Use
Last updated 29 August 2026
By using Outfit you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
What Outfit is
Outfit suggests what to wear on a trip, using the forecast, the activities you name, general information about local dress customs, and any clothes you have added. It is a styling aid.
What Outfit is not
Outfit's dress-code and cultural notes are general guidance, not legal, religious or safety advice. Rules differ between venues, regions and seasons, and they change. Always check the venue, your host, or your government's official travel advice before you rely on anything the app says. Weather forecasts are predictions and can be wrong. You are responsible for what you pack and wear.
Subscriptions
Outfit offers optional paid plans. Prices, the billing period and any introductory offer are shown in the app before you buy. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the period ending. Manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple ID settings — deleting the app does not cancel it. Refunds are handled by Apple under its media services terms.
Fair use
Each plan costs us real computing time, so paid plans include a generous but finite number of generations. If usage looks automated or abusive we may rate-limit or suspend access.
Your content
Your photographs and wardrobe remain yours. You grant us only the permission needed to run the feature you asked for — sending one photograph for tagging when you add a garment. We do not use your photographs to train models.
Shopping links
Where an item is missing, Outfit may link to retailer searches. Those are third-party sites with their own terms; we do not sell goods and are not a party to any purchase you make there.
Availability and liability
Outfit is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that plans will be accurate, that the service will be uninterrupted, or that it will suit any particular purpose. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and if you are a consumer you keep your statutory rights.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of North Macedonia. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you may also rely on the mandatory consumer rules of your country of residence.
